Jane Anson 94/100White peach and pear flavours, good juicy stone fruits, nice kick of slate with plenty of structure through the palate, held in place by tension and grip. Harvest August 25 to 28. Ludovic Decoster owner and winemaker, 42hl/h yields, 2.4ha plot, on the lees for 9 months. Burgundy barrels, no new oak. Conversion to organic farming started in 2021
