James Suckling 94-95Pretty sample of RG this year with lots of blackberry and blackcurrant character. Full and juicy with solid tannins.

Jane Anson- 93 - A highly successful Rauzan Gassies that provides a understated, nuanced interpretation of the vintage, with waves of red rose and peony floral aromatics and toasted spice from the first nose. Has depth and concentration of black cherry and cassis fruits, and balances the flash of heat with plenty of white pepper and cinnammon notes, fresh lemongrass acidities and a lift through the palate. Impressive from the Quié family, and should be good value.
